Conditions of Use

1. This voucher can be redeemed against any one hire period at VW Retro Rentals Ltd provided that the date shown on the front has not expired at the time of booking
2. More than one voucher may be combined to offset against the cost of a hire providing that no more than one has a FRE** or HWB** Reference Code Prefix amongst those that are being redeemed
3. Vouchers with a FRE or HWB Reference Code Prefix can only be redeemed against a minimum hire period (or the equivalent hire cost) of 3 days
4. No change is given
5. VW Retro Rentals Ltd shall not be liable in the event of the voucher being lost, damaged or stolen or expiring before a booking has been placed
6. Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to hire periods that are already booked and the use of any voucher(s) must be mentioned upon booking so that the amount to pay can be adjusted
7. This voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable to another individual other than to the person named on the voucher
8. Vouchers must be presented upon collection of the camper. Failure to do so may result in the value of the amount that the hire has been reduced by, becoming payable before departure
9. Normal VW Retro Rentals Ltd Hire Terms & Conditions apply when redeeming this voucher
