Weddings, Festivals, Holidays with the family or days enjoying the fresh air with a pet - there are a number of special packages available for a great, hassle-free camper experience.

Alternatively just let us know which package you'd like to select when booking over the phone and we will include it on the balance invoice that is sent out once your booking deposit has been received.

 

Weddings
For a unique alternative to the standard selection of wedding cars available to hire,´Rosie´ or ´Monty´will take you to the church, reception or hotel in real elegance and style and your journey will be lined with admiring smiles and waves.

Ribbons, bows, a flower arrangement to match ´Rosie´ or ´Monty´, a ´Just Married´ sign and even tin cans if requested are all part of the package and there will also be a bottle of champagne and hand-made luxury truffles waiting for you and your new husband or wife to enjoy en route.

For a little extra, a highly presentable and handsome man in a morning suit may also be booked by the hour to act as chauffeur! (20 mile radius from B61 9NJ only).

 

Special Occasions / Birthdays
Planning a birthday surprise, special day or evening out to celebrate an important occasion can be quite time consuming, so an option of selecting a Special Occasion package is available to make your organisation that bit easier.

The campervan will be equipped with essential elements for the special person - a yummy cake with candles, a lighter or matches, balloons & other decorations, box of luxury hand-made truffles, card and a bottle of fizz.

All you need do is decide on a destination for your campervan guests - be it a nice restaurant for lunch, the races, a sporting event or other. The package can be tailored towards a birthday, anniversary or retirement celebration, graduation congratulations or other event - just let us know your requirements.

For larger groups, campervan 'Monty' can easily be turned into a seven-seater (by replacing the table with an extra row of seats with seatbelts) if needed and has darkened windows for that extra bit of privacy.

Due to seatbelt laws, it is not currently possible to book the Special Occasion package for children's birthdays if more than one of the van occupants will be under the age of thirteen.

Pets
As dog lovers, we know what a pleasure it is to see them race along a beach, bound across open grassland or explore new footpaths. We also understand the strain of having to leave a loved pet behind at home and the difficulty of finding 'pet-friendly' accommodation. Unfortunately the camper interior can be damaged easily by claws and the smell of wet dog can linger, so whilst we are happy to consider small and well-behaved pets, it is necessary to impose the following restrictions:

• All dogs must be pre-approved by us before a camper is booked
  
• Dogs will be considered for inclusion in Camper van Rosie only
  
• Whenever a dog is in the camper, it must stay in an enclosed travel cage or similar (e.g. when travelling, sleeping or spending time in the camper)
  
• Dogs are not permitted to jump on the seats or sleep on the bed
  
• Dogs are not permitted when hire periods are back to back (if the next hirer is not bringing a dog) as extra time is needed to clean the camper and wash and dry interior fabrics ready for use.

By adhering to these restrictions, your furry friend will be welcome to join you on your campervan break in Rosie. We'll even include a waterproof backed dog rug. Space in the van and consideration to any campsite neighbours, dictates a maximum of one medium or two small (terrier or similar) dogs per van per booking. Please remember that pets must be disclosed when making a booking and you are liable for any damage that your dog causes, whether accidental or otherwise. Cost: £30 per booking (covers additional cleaning and extra insurance). .

All damage, however caused by your animals, will be charged to you.
